Never Pack More Than You Can Carry

When planning a holiday, you have to be weary of extra fees for heavy and extra luggage. Make a plan to fit necessary items in first, then you need to create a "must, need, maybe and no" pile.  This helps to limit what you're packing  and keeps you from absorbing extra charges. 

Check your airlines for their baggage rules and charges. I've learned the hard way.
